When you choose auto draft, the balance due on your account will be drafted on the due date indicated on your bill – either to a credit card or your bank account. That’s your choice. To get started, simply log into your online member portal and click “Draft Payment Options” in the list on the left. For assistance or more information, please contact our member service department.
Online Member Portal
The member portal makes it easy to pay online using Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express – as well as echeck. To access your member portal, click the grey "Log In" button at the top of the page and enter your login information. Once you are logged in, use the “Pay Bill Online” or “Pay my Bill” options to proceed with payment. You can register for an account online.
Our mobile member app, TCEC Connect, provides an easy way to pay online using your credit card – Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or echeck. Download the app today to pay, report an outage, or view usage.
If you want to pay your electric bill in cash, you can do that with the new CheckOut program. Just use the barcode on the back of your billing statement to pay at one of the more than 2,500 participating locations including Dollar General, Family Dollar and CVS. For a list of those locations, visit tcec.meridiancheckout.com. Payments are cash only, and include a $1.50 convenience fee.
Payment by phone is available at your convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year, with Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express or echeck. For assistance or more information, please contact our member service department.
You can pay your bill in person at any of the Tri-County Electric Co-op offices. Drive-through service is available at Azle and Keller during regular business hours, and night-drops are available at those offices as well as Aledo, Granbury and Seymour.
To pay by mail, just enclose the bottom portion of your bill with a check or money order in the convenient return envelope, keeping the top portion for your records. If you lose the return envelope, just mail the payment to Tri-County Electric o-op, P.O. Box 961032, Fort Worth, TX 76161-0032.
